Terms and Conditions
Delivery Times
Please ask about delivery times when you place your order. Our standard turnaround time for pop ups and banner stands is 5 working days from receipt of finished artwork ready to print but this may vary from time to time.
In the case of goods delivered by third party carriers, Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd has no control from the point at which we hand them over to the carrier and the company bares no responsibility for their safe delivery.
Returned goods
Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd makes every effort to supply quality products to our customers. Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective for reasons of faulty workmanship or materials.
The mailing address for returned goods can be found on the Contact Details page. No goods will be accepted for return without prior agreement by email. Please do not send them without our agreement.
Payment
All goods remain the property of Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd until paid for in full. |
